Using the service

By creating an account or continuing to use JOBTRACKER, you agree to these terms. If you use JOBTRACKER for a company, you confirm you are authorised to act for that company. Office account holders are responsible for their credentials and for managing their crew and other office users. Provide accurate account information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

Use JOBTRACKER only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it for fraud, spam, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ intellectual property, or to interfere with its security or operation. Do not upload malware, probe or scrape the service, bypass access controls, or access another company’s information without permission.

Your information and our software

You retain rights to the job, crew and other business information you enter. You permit Seaside Electrical to host and process that information to provide and secure JOBTRACKER. Seaside Electrical retains ownership of JOBTRACKER, including its software, documentation, name and branding. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your company during the applicable access period; it does not transfer ownership or permit resale or redistribution.

Trial, payments and cancellations

New company accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, paid access is offered on a monthly plan based on active employee count. Current prices are on the pricing page. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the office Billing page. When paid access ends, the account becomes view-only. Billing, tax, payment, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Prices may change. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before your next renewal, so you can cancel before the new price applies if you do not want it. Until then, your existing subscription continues at the price you signed up for. Updated prices are shown on the pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep JOBTRACKER available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change as we maintain or improve the service. You should keep copies of business-critical records you need independently of JOBTRACKER.

Suspension or termination

Seaside Electrical may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, access may become unavailable; contact us promptly through your existing business contact channel if you need to discuss your records.
